The Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Gatepass Immigration Inc., Mohd Serieh, RCIC # R527143 (“we” or “us”), and the undersigned prospective client(s) (“you”).
Please be advised that Mohd Serieh is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “College”) and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations.

The purpose of the initial consultation is for us to learn about you and your particular immigration needs based on the information you provide; to answer your questions to the best of our ability; to identify your options and, to the extent possible, analyze the costs and benefits of those alternatives; to help you determine your course of action, if any; to discuss our fees and terms of representation if a consultant-client relationship is to be established after the meeting; and to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate.
The consultation maximum time is either 60 minutes or 30 minutes, based on your selection. Less than allocated minutes consultations are rounded up to the total minutes of that session
Our fee of USD $80.00 or USD 150.00, based on your choice of the duration, including GST/HST (if applicable), is payable online before the commencement of the consultation. After signing the agreement below, you will be redirected to the payment portal.
If you further retain our services for full representation of your immigration matter within seven calendar days after the meeting, the fee will be credited to your final legal fee, and a new retainer agreement will be signed.
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please use the link in the email confirmation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The fee for a missed appointment will not be refunded. You may also reschedule your consultation at no cost, and if you cancel the meeting before 48 hours, the fees will be fully refunded, less the administration fees (4%). The consultation will be conducted via online communication means, such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
All information and documentation that you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise required by law.
The advice provided during this consultation does not constitute a continuing client/counsel relationship or for Mr. Serieh to act as the Authorized Representative in any immigration or immigration-related matters. The advice provided is valid at the time it is given and is based on the information provided by the client.

الحد الأقصى لوقت الاستشارة هو إما ٦٠ دقيقة أو ٣٠ دقيقة بناءً على اختيارك. يتم تقريب الاستشارات التي تقل عن الدقائق المخصصة إلى إجمالي الوقت المخصص في تلك الجلسة. رسومنا البالغة ٨٠ دولارًا أمريكيًا أو ١٥٠ دولارًا أمريكيًا هي بناءً على اختيارك للمدة، بما في ذلك ضريبة السلع والخدمات (إن وجدت) ، تُدفع عبر الإنترنت قبل بدء الاستشارة. بعد توقيع الاتفاقية أدناه ستتم إعادة توجيهك إلى بوابة الدفع.
إذا احتفظت بخدماتنا للتمثيل الكامل لمسألة الهجرة الخاصة بك في غضون سبعة أيام بعد الاجتماع، فسيتم خصم رسوم الاستشارة من الرسوم النهائية الخاصة بك وسيتم توقيع اتفاقية التوكيل الجديد على هذا الاساس. لإلغاء الاستشارة أو إعادة جدولتها، يرجى استخدام الرابط الموجود في رسالة التأكيد الإلكترونية قبل ٤٨ ساعة على الأقل من الموعد المحدد لك. يمكنك أيضًا إعادة جدولة استشارتك بدون تكلفة وإذا قمت بإلغاء الاجتماع قبل ٤٨ ساعة ، فسيتم رد الرسوم بالكامل مخصومًا منها ٤٪. سيتم إجراء الاستشارة عبر وسائل الاتصال عبر الإنترنت واذا اردت اللقاء في المكتب شخصيا يرجى الحجز قبل يومين من الموعد وارسال طلب اللقاء الشخصي بالبريد الالكتروني بعد وصول رساله تأكيد الموعد. تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين مقاطعة أونتاريو والقوانين الفيدرالية الكندية السارية فيها.
تظل جميع المعلومات والوثائق التي تزودنا بها في سرية تامة، باستثناء ما تسمح به أنت أو ما يقتضيه القانون.
لا تشكل النصيحة المقدمة خلال هذه الاستشارة علاقة مستمرة مع العميل / المستشار أو أن يعمل السيد محمد سرية كممثل مفوض في أي مسائل تتعلق بالهجرة أو الهجرة. النصيحة المقدمة صالحة وقت تقديمها وتعتمد على المعلومات التي قدمها العميل.
